A small press release 

On Friday, January 24, the Afghan Community of Greece met to in their community center in Peristeri to pray and to pay respects to the survivors of the Farmakosini shipwreck. 
 
They are hosting and caring for the survivors as they determine what steps they will take next regarding the tragic incident. 
 
The Afghan Community, along with several other NGOs will gather at Syntagma Square at noon today, Saturday January 25, to protest the treatment of refugees and to give voice for the nine children and three women who lost their lives in this last monday
