Σεξιστικό σχόλιο στα ΝΕΑ απ τον Δ.Χατζόπουλο για τις Ραχήλ Μακρή & Ζωή Κωνσταντοπούλου

Δεν είναι ο πολιτικός σχολιασμός φίλε μου είναι ο ρατσισμός που δεν απέβαλες ποτέ σου.

Τι θα μπορούσε να ήταν αυτό το σκίτσο..?

Αντιφεμινιστικό?

Σεξιστικό?

Φαλοκρατικό?

Πολιτικό σχόλιο? 

Σχολιασμός πολιτικής επικαιρότητας..?

Οι Δημοσιογράφοι  οι Πολιτικοί & οι Πολίτες, των κοινωνιών που θεωρούμε πολιτισμένες, της Δύσης δηλαδή, 

έχουμε μιά υπεροψία απέναντι στους υπόλοιπους πολιτισμούς, τους θεωρούμε υποανάπτυκτους και ότι καταπιέζουν τα Ανθρώπινα Δικαιώματα, κυνηγώντας τις ευάλωτες ομάδες πληθυσμού.

Έτσι με μεγάλη ΑΚΤΙΒΙΣΤΙΚΗ ευκολία θα κατηγορήσουμε τους Μουσουλμάνους ΓΕΝΙΚΑ ότι καταπιέζουν τις γυναίκες, 

όταν βλέπουμε φωτογραφίες στις οποίες φοράνε φερετζέ, ή όταν μας το καταγγέλλουν..

Θα κατηγορήσουμε για Ομοφοβία, 

όποιον αφήσει υπονοούμενο για την πιθανή ή τη διαβεβαιωμένη σχέση του, σεξουαλικά, με άνδρες.

Θα μιλήσουμε με μεγάλη ευκολία για Αντισημιτισμό κ δεν θάχουμε άδικο.

Θα μιλήσουμε με μεγάλη ευκολία ότι κυνηγούν τους ΡΟΜΑ κ δεν θάχουμε άδικο

.

Είμαστε όμως ΑΚΤΙΒΙΣΤΙΚΑ ΑΔΙΑΦΟΡΟΙ όταν βλέπουμε επίθεση σεξιστικού περιεχομένου σε γυναίκα πολιτικό, 

ειδικά όταν είναι του αντίθετου χώρου, ή όταν πολιτικά δε συμφωνούμε μαζί της στην όποια απόφασή της.

Η άμεση σύνδεσή της με την ελευθεριάζουσα συμπεριφορά ως κατακριτέα και ως συμπεριφορά:

που σπάει τα αστικά κοινωνικά δεδομένα, 

που απειλεί τον Πατριαρχικό-Πατερναλιστικό Κοινωνικό Ιστό, 

είναι βαθειά Υποκριτική. 

Υποκριτική συμπεριφορά, ειδικά από τους υπηρετούντες μιας τέτοιας πολιτικής-λογικής

Γνωρίζουμε ότι η πολιτική χρειάζεται σχολιασμό κ ότι ένα σκίτσο, μια εικόνα δηλαδή, είναι ικανή να τον μειώσει ή να τον απογειώσει. 

Τι δε λέει με αυτό το σχόλιό του/ σκίτσο του ο σκιτσογράφος ότι:

"η εντεταλμένη δημοσιογραφία δεν είναι δημοσιογραφία είναι προσπάθεια φίμωσης"

να σημειώσουμε ότι τον κύριο Χατζόπουλο προσωπικά δεν τον ξέρει κανείς από εμάς και ούτε το έχουμε επιδιώξει, απλά διαφωνούμε με την πολιτική που μάλλον επέλεξε ο αρχισυντάκτης του και αυτός πιθανώς! εκτέλεσε..

(το σκίτσο αφορά το σχολιασμό της εφημερίδας για τη δράση των 2 γυναικών το Σάββατο 09 Νοε 2013 έξω από την ΕΡΤ στην Αγία Παρασκευή, όπου βρέθηκαν ως συμπαράσταση στους απεργούς.
Οι δύο κυρίες είναι Βουλευτές με τους Ανεξάρτητους Έλληνες η κυρία Ρ.Μακρή και με τον ΣΥΡΙΖΑ ΕΚΜ η κυρία Ζ.Κωνσταντοπούλου.)

Undocumented children are triply vulnerable, as migrants,

as persons in an irregular situation and as children. 

The laws applicable tend to tackle their situation from a migration and status standpoint, and not from a child viewpoint.”

Drawing on the work of Coram Children’s Legal Centre (CCLC) through its Migrant Children’s Project advice line, outreach services and legal casework, this report examines the ways in which lack of immigration status is an obstacle to children and young people accessing their basic rights and entitlements and the difficulties this group face in regularising their status and obtaining essential legal advice.

Undocumented migrant children are amongst the most vulnerable in the UK and the most at risk of exceptional poverty and destitution. 

While the importance of developing a more effective immigration system cannot be denied, such a system must go hand in hand with the UK’s human rights obligations to children.
In CCLC’s experience, many undocumented migrants currently living in the UK have very strong legal claims to remain, but face obstacles to regularising their status. 

These obstacles include:
• Lack of awareness of their legal rights
• Inability to understand the extremely complex Immigration Rules
• Misinformation about legal rights and routes to regularisation
• Lack of access to legal advice and representation, including the absence of legal aid for non-protection immigration cases
• Reluctance on the part of solicitors and legal representatives to take on certain cases
• Unaffordable application fees for Home Office applications
• Lack of co-operation by partners, including in situations of abuse and domestic violence
• Fear.
This leaves a population of children in limbo without a regular immigration status or access to services, but unable to leave the UK.

Mother Rachael Neustadt’s fight to return sons from Russia blocked by Moscow court

A former teacher whose Russian ex-husband refused to return their two sons after they went for a visit to Russia has suffered a setback in her landmark legal fight to win them back.

Rachael Neustadt – an American who lives in London – says ex-husband Ilya Neustadt is keeping Daniel, seven, and Jonathan, five, in Russia in breach of an order by an English judge following the break-up of their marriage. 

Interpol has issued missing persons notices for the boys.

The 36-year-old former teacher, originally from Houston, has asked Russian judges to enforce an English High Court “return order” under the Hague Convention on child abduction. 

It is the first case that makes use of the convention in both England and Russia.

However, her lawyers said a Moscow court had ruled in favour of Mr Neustadt, 37, a former London Metropolitan University lecturer, by allowing him to submit evidence about why the boys should stay with him – even though this is prohibited by the convention.

Ms Neustadt said on her website: 

“I am devastated that there have been further delays, but am hopeful that the Russian courts will justly consider this matter and return the children back home soon.”

The boys went to Russia for the first time to visit their father for two weeks over the December holidays last year. 

He refused to return them to the UK in January.

The Moscow court is to consider the matter further at a hearing on 20 November.
